Head of Travel Design at Family Twist

Constance Tertrais has a diverse work experience. Constance started their career as a Stage Assistante de production at Family Twist in April 2015 and then worked as a Chargée de production Senior from October 2015 to May 2017. Constance eventually became the Head of Travel Design in June 2017.

In 2014, Constance volunteered at Osmose, an association focused on eco-tourism and fair tourism. Their role involved working with the residents of Prek Toal village to improve tourism itineraries, develop sustainable services, and assist with French reservations.

Constance also worked as an Assistante commerciale at Asia Eyes Travel, a travel agency offering trips to Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos. Their responsibilities included responding to client inquiries, creating itineraries, preparing quotes, accompanying groups, and improving the French website using WordPress.

Constance's work experience also includes a temporary role as Responsable at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche, where they managed the Forte_Forte brand corner. Their tasks included providing customer sales advice, stock management, merchandising organization, and reporting to superiors. Constance briefly served as a Conseillère de vente at the same company.

Additionally, they worked as a Serveuse at Au Bureau in October 2012 and completed a legal internship at Atlantique Défense Conseil in June 2010.

Constance Tertrais completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management du Tourisme et des Services from ESC La Rochelle in the years 2013 to 2015. Before that, they pursued a double diploma in Law and English from FACO Paris from 2009 to 2013. In 2009, they completed their senior year at Hartsbrook Highschool. Their educational journey began with a Baccalauréat ES from Lycée Alain, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008.
