Jon Chao

Jon Chao has extensive experience in education and healthcare coordination. At FamilyCare Health since 2014, Jon Chao has served as both a Service Coordinator and Member Navigator, enhancing member services. Prior experience includes working at Parkrose School District from 1997 to 2014, where Jon Chao contributed as an Educational Assistant/Playworks Coach, aiding classroom teachers with subjects like reading, writing, and math, and facilitating physical education for K-5 students. Additionally, as an ESL Assistant, Jon Chao focused on supporting second language learners in literacy. Jon Chao holds a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration and an Associate's degree in Organizational Dynamics, both earned from Warner Pacific College.
