Carol Scarborough, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and finance, currently serving as LDHR Strategic Business Partner and New Staff Evaluator at FamilyLife since September 2001, where responsibilities include leading a team to evaluate missionary service candidates and assess personality profiles. Prior to this role, Carol managed financial reporting and educational projects at The Educational and Scientific Trust of the Pennsylvania Medical Society from September 1983 to September 1987, and worked as a Reinsurance Accountant at Western Diversified Life Insurance Company from September 1981 to August 1983, focusing on bookkeeping and tax preparation. Carol began their career as an Internal Auditor at Campus Crusade for Christ from 1979 to 1981. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Small Business Management from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 1979.
