Dan Butz's work experience includes roles at FamilyLife, Cru, and Ohio University. At FamilyLife, they served as the Vice President of Leadership Development & Human Resources starting in April 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Leadership & Organizational Development from January 2018 to March 2021. At Cru, they worked as the National Director of Leadership Development in the Southeast Region from January 2014 to December 2017. Dan also served as a Campus Director from 2009 to 2014 and as a Missionary from August 2003 to February 2009. Before joining Cru, they were a Fitness Graduate Assistant at Ohio University from 2001 to 2003.
Dan Butz completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Texas A&M University-Commerce, where they attended from 1996 to 2000. Dan then pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies at Ohio University from 2001 to 2003.

We believe He has designed families to be rich in love, full of joy, and generous to those around us. We believe He has the resources and tools for us to bridge the gap - to make our intentions match the reality of our relationships.
