Rich Street has extensive experience in coaching and digital strategy, primarily within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Chaplain at FamilyLife since August 2021, Rich specializes in mentoring executive leaders. From September 2007 to present, Rich holds dual roles as a Digital Strategist/consultant and Global Digital Strategies strategist at Cru, where the focus is on coaching digital leaders globally and developing internet/social media strategies. Previously, as Digital Strategies Director for Jesus Film Project (October 2018 - January 2020), Rich led digital technology, film production, and communications departments. Rich's career began at Campus Crusade for Christ, serving in various roles from June 1996 to June 2006, including Area of Affairs Campus Director overseeing efforts in North Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia, and later as an Associate Pastor in Denver. Rich earned a BS in History from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1989.

At FamilyLife, we understand there is a gap between the intention we have for our families and what we actually experience in life. Too often, our relationships fall short of what we desire them to be. We don’t show up like we want to. We find it hard to come through in hard times. We are missing some magic that we once had, or once dreamed of. It’s easy to be in to-do or too distracted mode to actually engage in the relationships we most treasure. Not to mention how all of these people can let us down at times as well. But this isn’t what we were made for. Instead, we believe God made us to live in perfect community with Him and each other. We believe He has designed families to be rich in love, full of joy, and generous to those around us. We believe He has the resources and tools for us to bridge the gap - to make our intentions match the reality of our relationships.
