Monique Jackson

Monique Jackson is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Familylinks, Inc. with previous experience as the Director of Ambulatory Services at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Prior to that, Monique held the title of Practice Manager, overseeing behavioral health services at various locations. Monique also served as the Base Service Unit Director/Family Based Program Director at The Community Guidance Center. Monique holds an MBA in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Waynesburg University and an MA in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
