Ardha Fendyka

Ardha Fendyka has a strong background in tax and finance. They started their career as a Tax Staff at General Motors in 2016, where they were responsible for tax compliance processes and liaising with external consultants. In 2020, Ardha joined PT. Daifuku Indonesia as a Finance & Tax Supervisor, ensuring tax compliance and handling accounts payable. They achieved a 70% drop in tax audit cases through objection without consultant. In 2022, Ardha moved to Mitsubishi Electric as a Tax Specialist, improving taxation processes and ensuring regulatory compliance. Currently, Ardha is the Head of Tax at FamilyMart Indonesia, managing and mentoring a team of four and reviewing their work.

Ardha Fendyka completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Satya Negara Indonesia from 2016 to 2020. Following that, Ardha pursued a Master's degree in Taxation from Universitas Mercu Buana from 2021 to 2023.
