Nancy Van De Kreeke

Nancy Van De Kreeke, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin since 2012. Prior to this role, Nancy was the Human Resources Director at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Schools from 2007 to 2012, where responsibilities included policy development, payroll, and advising senior leadership on HR issues. Earlier in the career, Nancy worked as Human Resources Manager at Associated Wealth Management from 1997 to 2007, overseeing various HR functions and advising management on staffing and employee retention strategies. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
