Molla Bonnet is an experienced executive in the food service industry, currently serving as the National Managing Executive: Franchising at Famous Brands since February 2021. With a strong background in operations and strategic management, Molla has held various leadership positions within Famous Brands, including National Operations Director for Gourmet Burger Kitchen, where Molla focused on operational standards and team motivation during a critical business turnaround. Previously, as National Managing Executive for Wimpy, Molla grew annual turnover to over R3 billion and implemented successful marketing initiatives. Molla's extensive career also includes roles such as National General Manager for Vovo Telo Bakery & Cafe, where significant growth was achieved, and Regional Operations Manager for both Mugg & Bean and Pret A Manger. Molla holds a Diploma in Restaurant/Food Services Management from Nottingham Trent University and various certifications from McDonald's University and other institutions.
