Daman Nallamothu started their work experience at La Jalapeños Restaurant in 2014, where they worked as a host for six months. In 2016, they interned at CUMULUS MEDIA, where they edited audio bumpers, helped run remote broadcasts, and scheduled events for radio stations CK 105.5 and Nash 95.1. In 2017, they served as an Account Trafficing Intern at SMZ Advertising, where they coordinated with the creative team and managed deadlines for clients such as the Detroit Tigers and the Michigan Lottery. In 2018, they interned at DS Projects, where they created case studies and decks for clients like the Governor's Ball Music Festival and Budweiser. Daman also conducted client outreach and gathered information on brands. Currently, they are working at FanLabel as a Content Manager, responsible for the curation process, contest scheduling, and data management.

Daman Nallamothu obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Advertising, specializing in Management & Media, from Michigan State University, where they studied from 2015 to 2018.
