Johannes has over 10 years of experience in product management and program management, helping companies drive IT change initiatives that fundamentally enhance organizational agility. Johannes is an expert in agile and lean principles and practices, and has helped set up innovation labs for both HCL Technologies and a Top tier investment bank.
