Golyad Akhtari

Starting in December 2003, Golyad Akhtari worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Varanegar Consulting Group. Golyad then joined Varangear Consulting Group in January 2004 as a J2EE Developer. In March 2004, they transitioned to Rayan Ham Afza Co., where they held various roles including J2EE Designer, Analyst, and Senior Developer. From January 2008 to August 2011, Golyad worked as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Rayan Ham Afza Co. Golyad then became a Senior Product Manager from January 2009 to August 2012 in the same company. In September 2012, Golyad joined JTI (Japan Tobacco International) as a Senior IT Business System Analyst and later became the People and Culture Manager from August 2015 to October 2019. After that, Golyad worked at Zitel as the Human Resources Director from October 2019 to September 2020. In May 2021, they became the Chief Human Capital Officer at Sheypoor | شیپور until May 2022. Currently, Golyad is serving as a Human Resources Consultant at an undisclosed company, and starting from September 2022, they will be the Senior Director of Human Resources at FANAP.

Golyad Akhtari holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development, specializing in Business Administration and Management. They obtained their MBA degree in 2022. Prior to that, Golyad completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Applied Mathematics from Islamic Azad University from 1998 to 2003. They also have a high school degree in mathematics from Sadra. In terms of additional certifications, Golyad obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) certification from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in 2022, a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in 2021, and is currently pursuing a certification in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online, to be obtained in 2023.
