Victor Testa Carlini has been working in various roles since 2012. Victor began their career as an Intern at the Presidency Advisory for the Corregedoria Geral da Administração do Estado de São Paulo, where they participated in a collaboration project between CGA and UNDP to develop a plan to fight corruption in the public health sector of São Paulo's State. In 2015 they moved to the Controladoria Geral do Município de São Paulo as an Auditor at the Internal Audit Coordination, where they created guides officialization of basic methodology of action in the Internal Audit Coordination, as well as creation of an annual planning the organization's actions. In 2016 they became the Chairman of the Fiscal Council at the Fundação Theatro Municipal, where they supervised the Foundation's purchasing processes and activities performed by the Foundation's administration. Victor also created performance recommendations and monitored their effectiveness. In 2017 they were the Director at Diretoria de Governança e Transparência de Jacareí, where they created and promoted the public unit to fight corruption and prospected and implemented partnerships. In 2018 they became the Vice President at Dash e-Sports Association and the Community Management Analyst at Fanatee.

Victor Testa Carlini obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2008 and 2014. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Key Performance Indicators Notions from Escola Municipal de Administração Pública de São Paulo. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Techniques and Partnerships on Corruption Prevention and Fighting in the Federal Public Administration from Controladoria Geral da União. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Advanced Information Access Course from Controladoria Geral da União.
