Gregg Winiarski

Chief Legal Officer, Fanatics at Fanatics

As Chief Legal Officer, Gregg brings more than 20 years of experience to his current role leading the full range of legal, regulatory and compliance functions across the entire Fanatics global enterprise, including within the company’s three distinct business lines – Commerce, Collectibles, and Betting and Gaming. Since 2021, Gregg had previously served in an advisory role with Fanatics, which included playing a significant role in the company’s acquisition of preeminent licensed trading card brand, Topps.

Prior to joining Fanatics, Winiarski was Executive Vice President and General Counsel for tech and media company IAC. During his time there, he was responsible for the oversight of all legal, compliance, government affairs, and human resource functions for the organization. Before IAC, Winiarski was an associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. He began his career as a certified public accountant with consulting firm, Ernst & Young.

Gregg earned his law degree from Columbia Law School and has previously served on the Boards of Directors of Match Group (Nasdaq: MTCH), ANGI Homeservices, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANGI), and several other privately held companies.
