Jeff Novak is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Procurement at Fanatics, Jeff previously held the position of Director - Indirect Procurement at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where management of a $600M spend portfolio was a key responsibility. Prior roles include Manager of Strategic Sourcing at JetBlue Airways, overseeing a technology and services spend portfolio exceeding $500M, and Lead Commodity Manager at United States Steel Corporation, managing a $400M spend in various categories. Jeff's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and an MBA in Finance from Duquesne University.
