Justin Shu

Justin Shu is an Analyst in Business Development Strategy & Planning at Fanatics International, where responsibilities include seeking partnerships with rightsholders in sport and entertainment, conducting market research, target identification, due diligence analysis, financial modeling, and contract negotiation. Previously, Justin served as President of the UCSB Sport Management Career Club, leading consultancy projects for Sacramento Republic FC and the Oakland A's. Justin also gained experience as a Global Communications Intern at Fanatics, Inc., focusing on content management for the company's intranet. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UC Santa Barbara, earned in 2021.
