Olesya Rubtsova

Olesya Rubtsova has extensive experience in the loyalty and reward programs industry. Olesya began their career in 2003 at Quantum Loyalty Systems, where they served as the Director of Client Services for five years. In 2008, Rubtsova joined Fandango as the VP of Operations for Quantum Loyalty Solutions, Inc. Olesya later transitioned to the role of Director of Operations, Reward Programs at Fandango in 2013. Throughout their career, Rubtsova has demonstrated expertise in client services and operational management.

Olesya Rubtsova holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Golden Gate University. Olesya also has a Bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from Novokuznetsk State Pedagogical Institute.
