Eric Carlsen

Eric Carlsen has over 20 years of work experience, with a diverse background in customer service, marketing, and strategy. Before joining FanDuel as the Vice President of Digital Customer Care in 2021, they served as the Director of Customer Experience at Spanx from 2018 to 2021. During their tenure at Delta Air Lines from 2007 to 2018, they held various managerial roles, including overseeing digital customer engagement, global loyalty program management, and partnership marketing. Prior to that, they gained experience in business analysis and project management at Hewitt Associates from 2001 to 2005. Eric began their career with internships in sales and marketing at Perceptual Robotics and AirTran Airways.

Eric Carlsen graduated from Emory University - Goizueta Business School with an MBA in Marketing and Strategy in 2007. Prior to this, they obtained a BA in Economics from Northwestern University in 2001. Eric completed their high school education at New Trier Township High School Winnetka from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in SAS from the SAS institution.
