Chris Barta

Chris Barta, SPHR has extensive work experience, starting in 1981 as a Cruise Director for American Hawaii Cruises. From 1986 to 1992, Chris worked for Hilton Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Food and Beverage. Following that, Chris held various positions in the tourism industry, including Director of Operations for Royal Hawaiian Cruises and Director of Human Resources & Operations for Kualoa Ranch Hawaii, Inc. In 1998, Chris became the Director of Human Resources at Rocky Mountain Motorworks until 2000. From 2002 to 2004, Chris worked as the Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Office Depot. This was followed by a role as Vice President of Human Resources at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from 2004 to 2008. Chris then joined Faneuil Inc as the Vice President of Human Resources in 2008. In 2010, Chris transitioned to Vertex Business Services, where roles included Head of Global Performance and Director of Human Resources for Operations North America. From 2012 to 2017, Chris served as the Sr. Director of Human Resources and Strategic Business Partner for North American Contact Centers at Vertex Business Services.

Chris Barta, SPHR attended Del Mar College from 1976 to 1978, where they studied Business Management. Furthermore, they also attended Flour Bluff High School for an unspecified period.
