Sarah Ware

Sarah Ware is the current Principal Regulatory Affairs Consultant at Fang Consulting. Prior to this, they were the Manager of Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance at Newell Brands from January 2013 to December 2017. There, they co-lead a global team of 10 Product Safety and Regulatory Compliance specialists responsible for a $2B division while also providing SME support to other divisions. From July 2012 to January 2013, Sarah was the Manager of Material Regulatory Documentation at Solo Cup Company where they developed and implemented a long term strategy to align Solo/Dart integration after their merger. Sarah also validated FDA compliance for all materials and products, and ensured due diligence requirements were met. Sarah began their career as a Senior Safety Engineer at Bureau Veritas from January 2010 to December 2011 where they provided Strategic and Technical Consulting in the areas of regulatory compliance and chemical management activities in the areas of health, safety, environment and consumer perceived safety.

Sarah Ware studied chemical engineering as an undergraduate at Iowa State University. Sarah then attended the University of Minnesota for their graduate studies in chemical engineering.

Their manager is Tracy Eberly, President & CEO. Sarah Ware works with Laura Lind - Director of Regulatory Affairs, Elizabeth Adelman - Executive Assistant, and Cork Wicker - IT. and Laura Wotta - Regulatory Associate reports to Sarah Ware.
