Damian Kozak

Damian Kozak has extensive work experience in various leadership and operational roles. Damian is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Fangage, where they previously served as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations. At Tiqets, they held the position of Head of Operations for two years. Prior to that, Damian worked at Paylogic International, where they held multiple roles including Head of Operations, Head of Event and Customer Services, Event Services Manager, and Project Manager. Damian also worked at Incentive Europe as an Event Manager and at the Student association Io Vivat Nostrorum Sanitas as a Member of the Board.

Damian Kozak obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from Stenden in 2008. Then, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Groningen from 2010 to 2012. In addition, they obtained a certification as a PRINCE2 Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2014.
