Kenneth J. Kay

Kenneth J. Kay is a Managing Director of Raven LLC, a Las Vegas, Nevada based investment and advisory services firm he co-founded in 2012. He also is a member of the Board of Directors of Summit Hotel Properties, Inc. and currently serves as the Chair of the Compensation Committee. Additionally, Mr. Kay most recently held the role of Chief Financial Officer of MGM Holdings, Inc. (MGM) from 2015 – 2022, where he was responsible for the global financial and administrative activities of the company. He also served as a member of the Office of the CEO of MGM.

Prior to joining MGM, Mr. Kay held the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Las Vegas Sands Corporation and before that served in the same capacity for CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. and Dole Food Company.

Mr. Kay graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance and Marketing, became a certified public accountant and worked in public accounting for several years before taking on senior financial management roles.
