Cyndi Danko

Cyndi Danko serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for the Single-Family division at Fannie Mae, with a career spanning over two decades at the company. Since joining in 1999, Cyndi has held various key positions, including Vice President of Single-Family Credit Risk Policy, where responsibilities included developing policies that manage risk while promoting affordability and customer focus. Earlier roles encompassed leading product management for risk management tools and directing teams for automated underwriting processes, notably for the Desktop Underwriter. Cyndi's leadership has been instrumental in fostering innovation and enhancing risk management capabilities. Cyndi holds an MBA in Business and a BBA in Finance, both from Marymount University.
