Gina Papush

Gina Papush serves as the Chief Data Officer, Senior Vice President, and a Senior Member of the COO Leadership at Fannie Mae since April 2025. In addition, Gina holds a position as a Non Executive Board Member and Data, AI & Technology Advisor at IAT Insurance Group and works as an Adjunct Faculty, Executive Coach, and Mentor at Carnegie Mellon University. Previously, Gina was the Chief Analytics Officer, Senior Vice President, and a Senior Member of Global Business Operations Leadership at Bristol Myers Squibb, leading the Business Insights & Analytics function and driving data strategy across various operational areas. Additionally, Gina contributed as a Joint Venture Board Member and Data Science & Operations Advisor at Honeysuckle Health from January 2019 to December 2022. Gina's academic background includes an MS, ABD in Statistics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a B.S. equivalent in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Karazin Kharkiv National University in Ukraine.
