Gregory Rouse

Gregory Rouse, CSM, currently serves as the Multifamily COO Learning and Development Advisor at Fannie Mae since August 2014. Previously, Gregory held various management and training roles in the mortgage industry, including positions as Mortgage Services Operations Manager at Urban Lending Solutions and Operations Manager at Carolina Home Mortgage. Additionally, Gregory worked as a Senior Corporate Trainer at Zenta (Accenture), focusing on training Mortgage Processors, Closers, and Underwriters for certification. Earlier career experiences include Operations Production Manager at Pulte Mortgage, Senior Team Lead at PHH Mortgage, and Help Desk Assistant Supervisor at Comcast Business Communications. Gregory holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and an AAS in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Central Piedmont Community College.
