Heather Roby has over a decade of experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Senior Advisor at Fannie Mae since September 2013. In this role, Heather leads the strategic planning and execution of learning initiatives for over 3,000 employees, focusing on enhancing skills and aligning with business goals. Previous positions include Talent Development Lead and Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Fannie Mae, where Heather developed professional development resources and a leadership competency model. Prior to Fannie Mae, Heather worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Blackstone Technology Group and Phase One Consulting Group, as well as an Area Manager at KPMG US, managing substantial budgets and overseeing learning programs for diverse professionals. Heather holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Sweet Briar College.
