Heather Sullivan

Heather Sullivan is a seasoned professional in the appraisal and training sectors, currently serving as the SF Collateral Risk Lead Associate at Fannie Mae since December 2024 and as a member of the Appraisal Standards Board with The Appraisal Foundation since January 2023. Previously, Heather held the positions of Head of Learning and Development and Head of Operations Training Programs at Aloft from January 2022 to December 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Leader of the Valuation Training Program at Corelogic | The Columbia Institute, Regional Chief Appraiser at LandSafe/Bank of America, and Sr. Review Appraiser at New Century Mortgage. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from the University of Idaho, earned between 1997 and 2001.
