Joi Cregler

Joi Cregler is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in the areas of private equity and community development financing. Currently serving as Principal- Associate General Counsel at Fannie Mae, Joi Cregler oversees legal services and manages external counsel for the company's investment fund and asset management platforms. In 2023, Joi Cregler was selected as a LCLD Fellow, recognizing high engagement in a leadership development program. Previous roles include Attorney at Local Initiatives Support Corporation, Senior Counsel at Holland & Knight LLP, and Assistant General Counsel at Loyola University Chicago, among others. Joi Cregler holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and an A.B. cum laude from Harvard University.
