Grace Lee

Grace Lee currently serves as Principal and Associate General Counsel at Platinum Equity, a position held since September 2020, and previously held roles as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Prior to Platinum Equity, Grace Lee worked as Associate General Counsel at Incora, formerly known as Wesco Aircraft, from October 2014 to September 2020. Grace Lee began a legal career as a Corporate Associate specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions at Latham & Watkins from November 2010 to October 2014. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Chicago Law School, a Master of Science (MSc) in Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from the University of Washington.
