Lori Mallon

Lori Mallon currently serves as the Vice President of Single Family Product Enablement at Fannie Mae, a role held since January 2004. In this position, Lori has designed and implemented processes to scale Agile Digital Product Delivery and has led a multi-year Human Capital Plan, focusing on team definitions, demand management, and role-based training. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Single Family Customer Care and Finance & Operations, where significant contributions were made to customer service optimization and the national housing program during the Obama administration. Lori's earlier career includes management roles at COMSYS, Feld Entertainment, and Planning Systems, Inc. Lori holds an Executive Leadership degree from MIT Professional Education, alongside an MBA in Finance and Information Systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
