Marci Hale

Marci Hale, PMP, is an experienced project management professional currently serving as a Manager of Strategy and Project Management in Loan Quality at Fannie Mae since February 2012. In this role, Marci oversees and manages multiple outsourced vendors, participating in vendor selection and contract negotiation while defining Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements. Prior to Fannie Mae, Marci worked as an REO Foreclosure Specialist at JustinBradley, handling invoice negotiation and management related to REO properties. Marci holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas and has previous education from The University of Texas at Dallas.
