Nicole Tucker

Nicole Tucker is an accomplished professional in the field of food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as a Professor of Food Safety at both Fanshawe College and Conestoga College since January 2024. Nicole's extensive experience includes roles as Senior Director of QA and Sustainability and Director of Product Quality Assurance at Loblaw Companies Limited from April 2021 to December 2023, as well as Quality Assurance and Food Safety Manager at Tim Hortons between December 2019 and April 2021. Prior positions include Quality Assurance Manager at Waterloo Brewing and Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. Education credentials include a Graduate Diploma in Food Safety and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Memorial University, in addition to a degree in Adult Education from Conestoga College.
