Andrew Dempster

Andrew Dempster has a diverse and extensive work experience in various management positions. Starting in 1996, they worked as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Cooper Standard Automotive until 2005. Andrew then served as the General Manager of Operations at Rheem Australia from 2005 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they held the role of General Manager SA/NT at Downer. In 2014, they became the General Manager of Manufacturing at Laminex Australia until 2016. Afterward, they joined Detmold Packaging as the General Manager of Operations in Australia from 2016 to 2018. Following that, they worked as the National Operations Manager at Rocla - A member of the Fletcher Building Group for a brief period in 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Regional Manager at Pact Group Holdings Ltd. Prior to their current position as the Head of Manufacturing at Fantastic Furniture since 2022, they worked as an Experienced Executive GM with a focus on operations, lean manufacturing, team building, and mentoring from 2021 to 2022.

Andrew Dempster attended the University of South Australia from 1997 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in Manufacturing Management at the graduate level.
