Dongliang Shu has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. They started their career in 2006 as a Customer Service Supervisor at Virgin Atlantic, where they monitored flight operations and ensured good customer service. They transitioned to a role as a Service Delivery Manager at Iberia in 2016. Later that year, they joined Virgin Atlantic again, this time as an Airport Duty Manager. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring Ground Handling Agent (GHA) activities, coordinating the GHA team's work, and coaching and training team members. Currently, Dongliang Shu is working as a Business Operations Manager at Fantuan 饭团.
Dongliang Shu pursued their education at the University of Essex from 2021 to 2022, where they earned a Master of Business Management (MSC) degree in the field of study called MBM.
