Roy L. Reardon Jr.

Roy L. Reardon, Jr. has extensive experience in guest engagement and customer service within prominent retail environments, particularly at FAO Schwarz since January 2004. With roles such as Concierge and Special Events Coordinator, Roy demonstrates expertise in guiding guests and enhancing their experiences at the renowned Fifth Avenue store. Additionally, Roy has been involved with Toys R Us since 2015, currently serving as Supervisor of Guest Engagement and Product Demonstration, overseeing the Product Demonstration Staff and managing special tours. Roy holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Duke University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
