Hannah Lowery

Hannah Lowery has extensive experience in various roles related to people management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Far and Beyond since October 2021, Hannah previously owned Hannah Musson Coaching from May 2020 to September 2022. Other notable positions include Improvement Manager, Senior Organisational Development Practitioner, and Human Resources Manager at the University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust from June 2017 to September 2021. Hannah also held the role of Programme Manager for Business Development and Regional MTS Programme Lead at NHS Thames Valley and Wessex Leadership Academy between May 2016 and May 2017, and served as the Staff Health and Wellbeing Coordinator at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust from June 2014 to May 2016. Academically, Hannah holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring from The OCM Group Ltd and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Oxford Brookes University.
