Eric Ludwig, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eric is currently the Director of Operations at Far Bank Enterprises since December 2021.

From 2004 to 2022, Eric worked at Terex Corporation, holding multiple roles. Their most recent role at Terex Corporation was as Director, Global Manufacturing Strategy and Facilities, Aerial Work Platforms from August 2019 to September 2022. Before that, they served as the Director Program Management, Global Strategic Sourcing from November 2017 to August 2019. Eric also worked as the Director, Global Manufacturing Strategy, Capacity and Facility Planning from October 2013 to November 2017. Prior to these roles, Eric was the Senior Program Manager, Leader-Global Expansion and Facility Start Up from January 2011 to October 2013 and Senior Project Manager- NPD and New Production Site Development from October 2008 to January 2011. Additionally, Eric worked as a Product Manager-Scissor Lift Aerial Work Platforms from October 2006 to November 2008 and Manufacturing Operations Manager, Fabrication and Paint from January 2004 to October 2006.

Before their time at Terex Corporation, Eric worked as the Manufacturing Operations Director at Genie Industries from 1996 to 2000. Eric also held the position of Manufacturing Engineer at Genie Industries from 1995 to 1996.

Eric started their career at Mazak Corporation as a CNC Machining Customer Service Technician from 1994 to 1995. Eric also gained experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at Boeing Commercial Airplanes from 1992 to 1994.

Eric Ludwig holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Supply Chain Management from Northeastern University, which they completed from 2015 to 2018. Prior to this, they pursued Executive Education Courses at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management from 2012 to 2014, focusing on Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Management. Eric's educational background also includes a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Western Washington University, where they studied from 1986 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2011.
