Joy Tien

Joy Tien has extensive banking and management experience, currently serving as the Head of Sales Distribution and Head of Trust Department at 遠東銀行 since June 2015. In previous roles at Citi, Joy held multiple senior vice president positions, managing telemarketing, re-engineering projects, and call center operations. Earlier career experience includes working as an Operation Controller at GTE. Joy holds an MBA in Consumer Behavior from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from Feng Chia University.
