Elena Okuneva

Elena Okuneva, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Treasury Sales and Manager of ALM at Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria AD) since June 2016. Prior to this role, Elena accumulated extensive experience at Alpha Bank Bulgaria from February 2007 to June 2016, where positions included Treasurer, Senior Dealer, and Treasury Dealer. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Finance from New Bulgarian University (2006-2008) and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy (2002-2006). Elena has successfully passed all three levels of the CFA program, demonstrating a strong commitment to professional development in finance.
