Shannon Reilly has over 20 years of experience in the wine industry, currently serving as the Lead Wine Club Specialist at Far Niente Winery since March 2011. Prior to this role, Shannon worked as an Executive Assistant at Morlet Family Vineyards from June 2008 to August 2010 and gained valuable experience as a DTC Associate at Duckhorn Wine Company from September 2001 to June 2008. Shannon’s extensive background in customer engagement and support within the wine sector highlights a strong commitment to fostering customer relationships and enhancing membership experiences.
