Steve Spadarotto

Steve Spadarotto has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Steve started their own wine business consulting firm, Spadarotto Wine, LLC, in 2009, where they provided leadership and consulting services to small, premium wine brands and estates. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Wine Operations at Diageo Chateau & Estate Wines from 2003 to 2008. From 1996 to 2003, they held various positions at Kendall-Jackson Wine Estates/JFF, including COO and General Manager. Steve began their career in 1982 as a Financial Analyst/Administrative Manager at Conoco/Continental Pipeline Company. Most recently, Steve has been serving as Chairman & CEO of Far Niente Winery since 2018, and previously held the role of President & CEO at The Family Coppola from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they served as Vice President & General Manager - California at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates from 2011 to 2015 and General Manager at Clos Pegase Winery from 1987 to 1996.

Steve Spadarotto attended the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in finance. Steve then pursued further education at the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in marketing and finance.
