Candido Mendes is a seasoned professional in instructional design and education, currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Far Ridgeline Engagements Inc. since August 2020. Mendes specializes in creating quality instructional outcomes for adult learners and has extensive experience in researching and implementing effective instructional strategies. Mendes has also held various roles such as an adjunct faculty member at Webster University, a language instructor, and an instructional systems designer, contributing significantly to critical thinking programs within the Defense Intelligence Community. With advanced degrees in Cybersecurity, Instructional Design and Technology, and International Relations, along with experience as a Regional Affairs Strategist in the United States Air Force, Mendes brings a comprehensive skill set to the field of instructional systems design and education.
