Maryam Hasheminasab has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Maryam started their career in 2011 at Agah Group as an Expert in human resources, and later became an Expert in personnel Education and a Senior System Specialist. In 2018, they joined Mahan Research Institute as a Project Researcher Specialist, working on various research projects. Currently, they are employed at Farabi Brokerage Co. as the Head of Customer Service and also serves as a System & Method Expert.

Maryam Hasheminasab has a strong educational background in public administration. Maryam earned their Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Tehran, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Maryam then pursued a Master's degree in the same field at Allameh Tabataba'i University from 2009 to 2011. Continuing their academic journey, they went on to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Administration with a specialization in Public Policy from the University of Tehran, studying from 2013 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Maryam has also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Maryam received certifications in areas such as Strategic Human Resources, Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers, Employee Experience, Interviewing a Job Candidate for Recruiters, Prioritizing Tasks for Maximum Impact, Recruiting Talent with Social Media, and Training with Stories.
