Boris Alyurov

Boris Alyurov is a seasoned software developer and development lead with extensive experience in financial technology. Currently serving as the Development Workstream Lead and Senior Software Developer at Farallon Capital Management since July 2022, Boris has previously held prominent roles such as AVP Hedge Systems Development at Allianz Life and Director of Back Office Development at Pine River Capital Management. Boris's career also includes significant positions at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities included Vice President roles in Derivatives Core Technology and Prime Brokerage Technology, as well as an early IT Summer Analyst role at Morgan Stanley. Boris holds a Master of Science in Financial Mathematics from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stony Brook University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from New York University, supplemented by foundational studies in Computer Science at Brooklyn College.
