Pragalbha Sudame

Pragalbha Sudame has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Pragalbha is currently employed at Farasis Energy as a System Engineer, where they are involved in software and system architecture development for battery packs and battery management systems. Pragalbha also assists in building hardware-in-loop systems for lithium-ion battery packs and performs drive cycle tests.

Prior to their current role, Sudame worked as a System Engineering Intern at Farasis Energy, where they contributed to the conceptualization and development of design tools for battery pack sensitivity analysis. Pragalbha also assisted in building hardware-in-loop systems and conducted tests on battery disconnect units.

Sudame has also worked as a Student Assistant at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, where they focused on model development for hardware-in-loop testing of whole cars. Pragalbha is currently working on the development of an electric powertrain car with 4-wheel steering and is responsible for testing various accident prevention strategies.

Additionally, Sudame has experience as a Design and Development Engineer at KPIT, where they were involved in engineering design, development, and drafting of components and sub-systems in the oil and gas industry. Pragalbha also worked on product packaging and configuration management.

Furthermore, Sudame worked as a Fabrication Engineer at Rajputana Custom Motorcycles, where they were involved in the manufacturing of custom motorcycles, including choppers and cafe racers. Pragalbha also managed a project for the Bajaj Pulsar cafe racer.

Lastly, Sudame served as the CTO Mechanical and Vehicle Dynamics Lead at Hybrutos Racing. In these roles, they led technical domain teams in the design, fabrication, and testing of parallel hybrid cars. Pragalbha performed structural analysis, managed manufacturing, and resource planning, and played a key role in the design of chassis, brakes, and suspension systems for the ALPHA Hybrid. Pragalbha also participated in the Formula Hybrid competition and achieved first place in the Hybrid-in-Progress category.

Pragalbha Sudame completed their Master's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, from the years 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from SRM University, during the period of 2013 to 2017. Before starting their undergraduate studies, Pragalbha completed their Higher Secondary Education at Narayana Junior College from 2011 to 2013. They also attended Mount Carmel Convent School, where they completed their High School education with a CBSE curriculum.

In terms of additional certifications, Pragalbha obtained a German Level A1 certification from Goethe-Institut e.V. in August 2019, showcasing their proficiency in the German language. They also received a Participation and Achievement Certificate from IFP School in December 2014. Furthermore, Pragalbha obtained an IELTS C1 Level certification from the British Council in October 2019, indicating their high proficiency in the English language.
