Ajay Kohli

Ajay Kohli has extensive work experience in IT service management, project delivery, and leadership roles. Ajay started their career as a System Engineer at EAMC India, supporting multiple corporate accounts and participating in various government projects. Ajay then worked at PC Solutions as an AM Technology before joining American Express as a System Analyst. Ajay later joined IBM Global Services as a Team Lead Technology, where they specialized in IT services. Ajay then moved on to AVIVA24X7 as a Manager IT, leading infrastructure and IT-enabled services. Ajay's next role was at EXL Service as a Manager of Enterprise Technology Operations, overseeing helpdesk support and service delivery for various technology services. Currently, they are an Associate Director of IT at Fareportal India Pvt. Ltd, where they manage IT service management practices, global projects, and the global IT helpdesk services.

Ajay Kohli has a degree in Electrical Engineering from G.B. Pant Govt. Engineering College. They also completed AISSCE in Science at SBM, Hari Nagar, New Delhi. In terms of additional certifications, Ajay obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in 2022. They also have certifications in PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), ISO 22301: BCMS CLIP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor - Information Security Certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundation Level, ITIL Manager: Service Delivery, ITIL Manager: Service Support, and ITIL Foundation Level- V2.
