Eshita S. Tiwari has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and employee engagement. Eshita S. is currently working as a Lead HR Business Partner at FarEye since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Bajaj Capital Ltd where they held multiple roles. From December 2020 to September 2021, they served as an Assistant Manager in Employee Engagement, where they were responsible for internal and external communication, promoting employer branding, and addressing employee grievances. From June 2017 to November 2020, they worked as an Executive in Employee Engagement, focusing on various communication and engagement activities.
