Ujjwal Vij

Ujjwal Vij has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ujjwal started their career at Hira Syntex Pvt Ltd. in 2015 as a Supervising Engineer, responsible for the procurement and commissioning of textile embroidery machines. Their responsibilities included resource capacity planning, scheduling, and equipment testing. In 2017, they worked as an Operations Intern at Indus Towers Limited. In 2018, Ujjwal joined Sipra Engineers Pvt Ltd as a Six Sigma Intern, where they worked on a project aimed at reducing rejection rates in high-pressure die casting. Ujjwal identified stakeholders and engaged with internal teams to understand the company's pain points. Also in 2018, Ujjwal joined FarEye, initially as a Customer Success Manager and later as a Manager of Strategic Partnerships. Their roles at FarEye involved building and managing relationships with strategic partners to drive business growth.

Ujjwal Vij completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Operations Management at Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management - SIOM from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from INDUS UNIVERSITY, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, Ujjwal Vij has achieved the following certifications: Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in March 2021, Green belt-Six Sigma from KPMG India in January 2018, and Capstone Business Simulation from Capsim Management Simulations Inc. in September 2017.
