Cassandra Ciampa

Cassandra Ciampa has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People Partnering for North America at FARFETCH since August 2015. In this role, Cassandra is responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness through HR initiatives, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement. Previous positions include Human Resources Generalist at SDI and Rexam, where Cassandra was actively involved in strategic workforce planning, talent succession planning, and administering HR programs. Cassandra began professional development as an HR Intern at The Toledo Zoo and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from The University of Toledo.
