Chris Goodson currently serves as the Director of Technical Consulting at Farlinium, a position held since 2023. Prior to this, Chris accumulated substantial experience at Citi from 2015 to 2023, holding multiple senior vice president roles including SVP of Analytics Technology & Innovation, SVP of CX Analytics, and SVP of Customer Experience Performance Insights. Chris's career began at ClickFox from 2005 to 2015, advancing from Business Analyst to Manager of Analytics. Earlier experience includes a role as Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin, where research focused on human decision making and cognitive limitations, as well as a consulting position at PowerPlan Consultants from 2002 to 2004. Chris holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
